For the third consecutive year the Grand Hotel and Apartments Townsville team have been awarded the Excellence in Customer Experience Award at the 2018 Townsville – North Queensland Tourism Awards.

“We are very proud and humbled in accepting this award, we are blessed to have such a wonderful team that genuinely cares about delivering good old fashioned service to our guests”, Troy Scott, General Manager.

The family owned hotel has been on a winning streak, recently winning the National Tourism Award for Excellence, the Queensland Award for Tourism Excellence along with the North Queensland Awards.
